My mentoring clients include founders, business leaders, executive teams and or Boards at all phases of their growth. My core focus is on future-proofing their companies & helping them structure and execute their exponential growth strategies for the benefit of all.
ABOUT
For close to two decades, I have had and created the synchronicities that allowed me to occupy Board level roles at global brands such as UBS, MasterCard, Le Pain Quotidien group, with a particular focus on the creation, transformation and / or expansion of global businesses. I ran large cross-functional groups across geographies, cultures and industries and passionately developed my mentoring, coaching and leadership skills, with success and failure as high impact opportunities for learning and improvement.
My Tier I academic curriculum was completed with the Trium executive MBA, a program jointly organized by the London School of Economics, NYU Stern School of Business and HEC Paris, where I am a regular lecturer in Business Strategy, Innovation and Governance. I have published and co-written a business case with the Dean of HEC Paris on UBS’ Global Strategy and Matrix structure.
